The name Serra Negra (with us Sunday morning roast) is a brand that “cafe imports” almost 20 years ago with its export partner “Bourbon Specialty”
has developed. This coffee averages between 82 and 84 points on the cupping table, with notes of milk chocolate, mild citrus and sweet nuts.
The coffee is processed in a state-of-the-art processing plant in Pocos de Caldas, resulting in a much better result than most conventional Brazilian coffees.
Perfect for filter coffee. We recommend 16 grams of coffee on 250ml water with a brewing time of approx. 2:30min.
